Before Planting, Find the Right Location
The first and foremost thing to do to plant Giant Sungold Sunflower is to find the right location. There are four things to look for here.
First, make sure you plant sunflowers in a spot where they can get at least 6 hours of full, direct sunlight every day. Second, make sure to plant them in well-drained, moist soils.
Third, sunflowers are heavy feeders. To grow optimally, they need humus-rich soil with composted manure or lots of organic matter.
